Surface Plates With Center Attachments
These are used mainly for gauging, inspection, squareness testing and for checking three axial geometric accuracies of Machine Tools.
This equipment can be used as a Precision Inspection Bench Centre as well as Surface Plate (Two-in-One) with high Grade of accuracy. Material of construction & accuracy parameters as per IS-2285-91 for Cast Iron Surface Plate, IS-7327-91 for Granite Surface Plate and IS-5980-78 for Centre attachments.
Standard size of Surface Plates available for this attachment in both Cast Iron and Granite are 1000x 630 mm, 1000 x 1000 mm, 1200 x 900 mm, 1500 x 1000 mm, 1600 x 1000 mm, 2000 x 1000 mm. Height of Centre 125 mm, 160 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm.
